Classes
Six ways to practice
Every class is for women 16 and up, and every drill has an easier and a harder way to do it.
Foundations
Where most people start. How you stand, how you breathe and how you take up space, then a first set of strikes on pads.
60 minutes
Monday and Wednesday evenings
New to training
Boundaries and voice
Saying no clearly, with words, posture and open hands. Partners take turns, and each person decides how far a drill goes.

Pad work and conditioning
Strikes, kicks and combinations on pads at light contact. A workout that is also a class.

Lunch-hour pad work
A shorter class near the downtown offices: warm up, drills on pads and back to your day.

Open practice
Saturday morning to repeat what you've learned and ask an instructor to watch a movement.

How a class runs
Every class follows the same shape, so you always know what comes next.
We warm up together, then work in pairs: one person holds the pad and one practices, then you switch. An instructor walks the room and adjusts a stance or a hand. We finish with a few slow breaths and time for questions.
Warm-up you can do at your own pace
Partner drills where each person sets the contact
Time at the end to ask anything
