If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number if you give it, your age, the class you chose and what you write. Like most websites, this one also records basic technical information, such as pages visited and the type of browser, to keep it working.

Please don't send medical details or anything about your health here. We ask for what we need privately once you enroll.

How we use it

We use what you send only to reply to you and to place you in the right class. We don't sell it, and we don't share it except with the services that run our website and email.

How long we keep it

We keep a message while we are talking with you and for a short time after. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
